So I’ve been all about getting a smartwatch these days but there are so many of them on the market right now however I wanted the condition at which I get it beneficial for the blog as well so I can put up a review of some sort.
Beneficial in terms of pricing, they can be expensive for example the Apple watch series 4 is as high as $414, Fitbit Versa smartwatch is around $169 but I also wanted the smartwatch to be something pretty recent, you don’t want to write about something everyone has already written about, I see you Mi Band 3.
The Umidiji Uwatch2 falls in that category, cheap and promises a lot so I decided to go for it and the smartwatch arrived a couple of days ago, so far? It looks promising like it could be an awesome buy.
This is in no way a review, I’m not sure if there will be a Umidiji Uwatch review on this blog yet, fingers crossed.
Before then I just wanted to quickly write a few things I like about the Uwatch2 since I received it. If you’ve been eying it or probably looking for a smartwatch to buy then this post may or may not put the Uwatch 2 on your shortlist.
The Umidiji Uwatch2 Smartwatch is Affordable
As mentioned earlier, when looking for a smartwatch to buy I made sure to look for a smartwatch that didn’t exceed $50.
I made a couple of shortlists but the Umidiji Uwatc 2 is the cheapest and featured loaded smartwatch amongst them. Others were either too expensive or just had the basic watch features.
Uwatch2 Launched 2019
The watched being launched recently was something I was very keen about so I can write something about it for TechBustop readers as well, luckily this one was a plus for me.
I should tell you right off the bat, the watch didn’t disappoint, based on first impressions, at least.
Here are some of the things that made me finally go for the Uwatch2.
- Has full touchscreen
- The Uwatch2 is IP67 waterproof
- Argues it can deliver 20 days standby time on a single full charge, Counting on that.
- Has heart rate monitor inbuilt, cool feature.
- Works with both Android and IOS phones so I guess I’m not limited to any device.
- The Uwatch2 has sleep monitor feature inbuilt.
- It has control your music feature.
- Also has a Blood Pressure monitor.
- Comes with an extra strap I can
Most of these things are what you’ll see in a premium smartwatch of say $100 or more. The Uwatch2 is actually below $50, way below.
